Rush South Beach, on the south side of the Rush peninsula, is a long sandy stretch backed by dunes that works best in south or southwest wind.
The water turns tidal and can throw up waves, so while every level is listed here, the shallow access and mixed conditions reward some local knowledge before March-to-May or September-to-October sessions.
