Kuredu, in Lhaviyani Atoll, is the resort standard, a shallow reef lagoon flattened by a long jetty, while neighboring Hinnavaru gives the same wind on a local-island budget.

North Male adds reef-wave stops - Thulusdhoo's Cokes, Himmafushi's Jails - for advanced riders, while Dhigurah and Maafushi trade the wave hunt for lagoon flat water and near-guaranteed whale sharks in South Ari.
