Hunstanton (Heacham / Old Hunstanton / Brancaster cluster)

A cluster of four connected north-Norfolk beaches - Heacham, Hunstanton itself, Old Hunstanton and Brancaster - strung along the unusual west-facing edge of The Wash, where the sun sets over the sea rather than the land. On the right west-to-northwest wind and a big spring tide, the shallow-gradient sand exposes vast, wadeable flat-water zones that make this one of England's best-known freeride/freestyle venues, backed at Hunstanton itself by striped chalk and carrstone cliffs.

Station: Skegness, UK (Weatherspark (NASA MERRA-2 reanalysis), ~30 km) — No windfinder windstatistics page exists specifically for Hunstanton/Heacham/Old Hunstanton/Brancaster in the wayback index, and Norfolk's coastal stations were not reachable live (windfinder 429'd all attempts, and its stats are JS-rendered/API-token-gated anyway). Used Weatherspark MERRA-2 reanalysis for Skegness (~30km across The Wash -- NOT the same coast, opposite side of the bay, treat as a rough regional proxy only) as fallback.
