Magheraroarty

Magheraroarty (Irish: Machaire Rabhartaigh) is a small port village in north-west Donegal and the main ferry departure point for Tory Island. Its Wikipedia article notes that watersports enthusiasts visit to windsurf, surf and kitesurf, and to kayak in the bay, with a natural reef beside the pier providing year-round surf. It is a distinct spot from Tullan Strand (Bundoran), the only Donegal entry in the current dataset, roughly 50 km to the south.

notesWikipedia (Irish-language place name 'Machaire Rabhartaigh') describes a natural reef to the left of the pier giving conditions suitable for surfing year-round, with windsurfing/kitesurfing/kayaking also practised in the bay; classified here as wave-type water given the reef-break description, though sheltered sections of the bay may differ.
