Amihan, November to March, fills the reef-protected Bulabog lagoon with beginner schools, while quieter Union Beach nearby offers the same shallow flat water with far less crowd; when Habagat takes over from June to October, riding shifts to the choppier, more exposed White Beach at Angol Point, better suited to independent riders.
