Masirah Island / Sur Masirah
Sur Masirah is a village-side spot on Masirah Island, used as an alternative kite location to the Western Lagoon when the same strong Khareef-season thermal-monsoon winds are running. As with the rest of the island, the appeal is the reliability of the June-September monsoon wind rather than a purpose-built kite resort.
