Bol's Zlatni Rat is the county's headline spot, its afternoon Maestral accelerating through the Brač-Hvar channel to 15-25 knots over deep water where schools teach from boats.

Split's own city spot, Žnjan, gets flat-to-choppy pebble-beach riding on the same thermal plus Jugo days, and Trogir's Okrug Gornji works similar conditions off Čiovo island; Povlja and Sumartin, further along Brač, stay undeveloped with no kite school or wind data on record.

Riding the water around the cape stays allowed all season, and outside the main season the whole beach is open for sports launches.
