Kitesurfing in Tel-Aviv District

3 spots · 2 destinations · 7 schools

Tel Aviv's central coast runs one long urban kite corridor: the legal zone at Dolfinarium/Geula is tight, advanced-leaning water hemmed by breakwaters and swimming beaches, Herzliya Marina to the north offers a more sheltered cove for learning, and Bat Yam's Tayo Beach fills the gap south of the city with a wider sandy stretch when the beach is open and wind is steady.

Wind holds across all three spots most months, sandiest and calmest at Tayo, tightest at Dolfinarium.
