Ponta do Ouro

A beach town at Mozambique's far southern tip, just 15km from the South African border and more easily reached from South Africa than from Maputo; best known for diving, dolphins and deep-sea fishing, with kitesurfing as a popular when-the-wind-blows activity on the open beach and in nearby lagoon/estuary options toward Ponta Malongane.
