Sandy frontage south of Mesaieed where the desert meets the sea. The resort holds about 3 km of private beach, with open public sand either side and dunes immediately behind.There is far more room than you need to lay lines out well back from the water. Launch clear of swimmers, families, jetski traffic and the 4x4 tracks that run onto the beach.

- Permits and restrictions2026: no kitesurf permit, kite zone or seasonal closure was found for Sealine. Lifeguards are not posted at Qatar's free beaches, so the public stretch is unsupervised and self-policed.Resort conditionsThe frontage in front of Sealine Beach, a Murwab Resort is private ground of roughly 3 km with its own day pass, and the watersports concession there operates 08:00-18:00 daily, so launching from resort sand is at the resort's discretion rather than a right. The dunes immediately behind the beach are working desert-safari ground; keep kites, lines and downwind space clear of vehicle tracks.

Rider tips
- Pair it with a dune-bashing run into the desert behind the beach; that is the standard local combination.
- Check wind and tide before you drive down from Doha, then walk the shallows before you rig. Nobody has recorded how far out you can stand.
- Ask the Qatar kite crowd where they are riding that week. On the wrong direction another beach is the better drive.
- Ride the cool season. Summer is rideable on paper, and then the heat decides for you.
- Rig well back from the water and clear of swimmers, the resort water-sports zone and the 4x4 tracks that run onto the sand.
- There is no school and no rescue here. Lessons and cover are at Sumaysimah, Zekreet, Al Wakra and Fuwairit.
- Jetski hire runs 08:00-18:00 off the same sand. Ride upwind of it or take the traffic.

Route
Drive south from Doha via Al Wakrah and Mesaieed toward Sealine Beach Resort and the public sand either side of it. About 40 minutes from the city centre, a little more from the airport. The same road is the gateway to the dunes and Khor Al Adaid, so weekend traffic is safari traffic.
