Anse Intendance is an open-ocean beach on south and southwest Mahé, near Takamaka and Quatre Bornes, with granite headlands, white sand and no reef offshore.
Anse La Mouche is a west-facing bay on Mahé's south-west coast, and it is a real kite spot for the North West Monsoon rather than for the main SE trade season.
Anse aux Pins sits on the east/southeast coast of Mahé, just south of Seychelles International Airport, and it is thinly documented for a spot this established.
Beau Vallon is a long public bay on the northwest coast of Mahé, and it is the island's most developed beach: hotels, restaurants, dive centers and watersports operators sit directly behind the sand.
North East Point sits on the north-east coast of Mahé, also written Anse Nord d'Est, and it is a real spot with thin documentation behind it.
Police Bay is a wild south-Mahé bay near Quatre Bornes with no kite services of any kind.
Ile au Cerf / Long Island really means the Long Island sandbank, known to kiters as Mohana, beside Cerf Island in the Sainte Anne group off Mahe.
