Anse aux Pins

Used WeatherSpark's Victoria (Mahé) climate page as fallback. It gives only the windiest (Aug, 16.8 mph) and calmest (Apr, 7.4 mph) month exactly; other months' avg_knots are null. dominant_dir per month is approximated from WeatherSpark's stated seasonal direction date-ranges (N Jan-Mar, W late Mar-Apr, S May-Nov, W late Nov-Dec), not a per-month reading.
