Two coasts share this Murcia strip: the Mar Menor side at Isla del Ciervo and Los Nietos is flat, shallow lagoon water built for learning on the SW Lebeche thermal, while La Manga's Mediterranean side — Pudrimel, Amoladeras, Gálua — is surfkite territory with waves up to 2 m and difficulty climbing toward Gálua and Calblanque's advanced-only water.
