Kailua Beach
Kailua Bay, on Oahu's windward coast, is one of Hawaii's most famous kite and windsurf beaches thanks to its direct exposure to the NE trade winds and a striking turquoise, reef-protected lagoon. It's regularly rated among the most beautiful beaches in the US, combining flat inshore water for progression with waves breaking beyond the reef.
