Estonia's kite spots ring the Baltic from three directions: the Gulf of Riga at Pärnu, a shallow bay town with a sandy beach and multiple schools; Tallinn's north coast, where Laulasmaa, Kakumäe, Stroomi and Salmistu all work as convenient city-session beaches on the Gulf of Finland; and the western islands, where Ristna on Hiiumaa catches proper Baltic swell and Mändjala on Saaremaa mixes chop with small waves.
