Chioggia
Chioggia is a working fishing town at the southern tip of the Venice Lagoon, often called 'little Venice' for its canal and calli layout, with its beach suburb Sottomarina hosting one of Italy's busiest kite spots. It suits riders who want an authentic, less touristy alternative to Venice itself, a short trip away.

How it scores for you
Persona presets weight the scores below for one kind of rider. Each carries the weakest confidence among its parts — never an average that hides a gap.
score-spec v1 (shrunk to coverage) — a score built on little evidence is pulled toward the middle rather than shown as a confident extreme. Hover a tile for its confidence.

What nobody tells you first
- Direct rail service is limited (mainly via Rovigo) - the Venice ferry connection is often the more practical route.

- The Kiteforum.com Sottomarina Diga spot page itself could not be loaded directly in this pass (slug/case guesses all redirected to the homepage); only a search-engine snippet of its wind section was recovered.
- A Reddit r/italy thread appeared in search results but wasn't opened; kitejungle.com's Sottomarina Diga page and the local chioggiasottomarina.it kitesurf/windsurf page also weren't fetched.
