A sheltered lagoon shore just outside Klaipėda that has quietly become Lithuania's kitesurfing hub (Svencelė especially), strung with small, half-emptied ex-fishing villages and backed by Ventė Cape's historic bird-ringing station.
There's no on-site scene to speak of -- this is a day-trip-from-Klaipėda destination, best paired with the city for food and nightlife and the Curonian Spit for beach and dunes.

Dreverna is a Curonian Lagoon spot at a working village harbor, just north of the Svencelė hub.
Svencelė
Svencelė sits on the eastern shore of the Curonian Lagoon just south of Dreverna, and the Curonian Spit takes the Baltic waves off it.
