Two fjords behind the North Sea dune strip carry Central Denmark's kiting: Hvide Sande Nord, Kloster and Thorsminde all launch into shallow, flat, brackish water on Ringkøbing and Nissum Fjord, with VDWS and WestWind schools running lessons from April through autumn.
