Atins

Atins is a small, rustic fishing village at the mouth of the Rio Preguiças on the edge of the Lençóis Maranhenses dune fields, widely regarded as one of the world's top flat-water kiteboarding destinations. Sandbanks emerging at low tide form huge shallow lagoons of flat water, while the river-mouth channel to the ocean offers stronger wave/chop conditions for more advanced riding.
