Hurghada is a sprawling, low-cost Red Sea resort city with genuine city-scale nightlife and every hotel budget imaginable, but its kite spots are lagoons and hotel-front launches scattered across town rather than one clean beach - most riders actually kite in or base themselves toward neighbouring El Gouna.
