Dolphin Beach

Dolphin Beach sits at Table View, just south of Big Bay, and is the main teaching beach for Cape Town's kite schools thanks to a sheltered, relatively flat inside section. It shares the same reliable Cape Doctor summer wind as Big Bay, with rougher chop and small waves further from shore for riders progressing beyond the shallows.
